Program Requirements
We're excited about the possibility of you joining FASS. Before we proceed, please confirm that you meet the following criteria.
18+ years old
Diagnosed mental illness
Difficulty in daily living activities and interpersonal skills
Have a limited or non-existent support system
Be unable to function in the community without intensive intervention
Require long-term services to remain in community settings
